Our Menu
Our pizzeria was formed based on the passion for authentic Naples based Italian pizza and gourmet salads. To the left you will see the result of this passion in the form of signature pizzas made using the very best of local, homemade, and imported ingredients. Our signature tomato sauce consists of hand milled San Marzano tomatoes imported from the fields located at the base of Mt Vesuvio in Naples, Italy. Our Caputo flour, the foundation of our pizza dough, is harvested and imported from Naples as well. The very essence of flavor instilled in our products comes from the heat of a hardwood based wood fire that sears in the flavor. Please enjoy and as always we welcome your feedback.
